The practical
billing questions.
What counts toward the listing allowance?
The published plan terms count a new item when it is published to eBay through ListParts. Drafts, edits, revisions and re-listings of an existing item do not count toward the new-listing allowance.
What happens after the trial?
A card is required to start. The subscription continues after 14 days unless you cancel before renewal in the billing portal. Review your checkout for the billing date and amount.
What if I need more volume?
The published plans offer additional listing credits or a higher plan. Contact the team to confirm the right option for your volume.
What are founding rates?
The current public offer is limited to the first 15 companies and keeps the rate for the life of an active subscription. Availability is confirmed at signup. If you cancel and restart later, the public rate at that time may apply.
Can I switch plans?
Current published terms allow upgrades or downgrades, effective at the next billing cycle. Review the billing portal before making a change.
