Less manual work.More parts listed.

Our goal is to cut the manual work of listing auto parts to a minimum. Your team shoots the part and approves the draft — ListParts does the research and typing in between.

OUR MISSION

Manual work, cut to the minimum.

Listing a used part shouldn't mean typing it in from scratch. We leave people only the steps that need a person — shooting the part and approving the draft — and keep automating the rest.

Your team · 3 steps

  • Shoot the part and its label
  • Check the fields ListParts flags
  • Approve and publish

ListParts · 10 steps

  • Reads the OEM number off the label
  • Identifies the part type
  • Picks the eBay category
  • Fills the required item specifics
  • Prices from sold and active comps
  • Proposes fitment with its sources
  • Cleans up photos: background, crop, logo
  • Sorts an unsorted shoot into parts
  • Runs eBay's publish checks
  • Watches price and traffic after publish

What that means for the yard

More of the shelf goes live

Parts that sat unlisted because the research wasn't worth the time finally make it to eBay.

Less time per part

No retyping OEM numbers, hunting for categories, or searching comps by hand. Your team reviews a prepared draft instead of building one.

Lower cost per listing

About $0.50 a listing on Professional at full use — with the crew you already have, not an extra hire.

Reads the OEM number straight off the part.

Stamped, etched, or on a sticker — the system reads it, recognizes the part type and manufacturer, and flags anything it isn't sure about for your review.

NEW · AUTO-SPLIT

Dump the whole shoot. We'll sort it into parts.

No folders, no renaming, no sorting. Drop every photo from your walk around the yard — ListParts splits them into parts by shoot pauses, with a visual check on the tricky ones. You review the groups, click once, and every part becomes a draft.

Part knowledge used to take twenty years at the yard.

Now the visual inspection is done by the machine: it reads the stamped numbers, recognizes the part, and knows exactly which fields eBay wants for it.

Veterans move faster. Newcomers can finally start.

OPTIMIZER

Monitoring doesn't stop after you publish.

More listings only pay off when they sell — and nobody has time to check each one by hand. The Optimizer watches connected listings and turns price, traffic, and item-specifics gaps into suggested actions you approve.

PHOTOS & BRANDING

Your store, looking like a store.

Add your logo to every photo, drop the workshop background, and crop to the part — applied automatically to the copies eBay gets. Your originals stay untouched, and one switch in Settings re-brands every future listing.

PUBLISH GATES

A broken listing can't leave the building.

Before anything reaches eBay, ListParts checks the rules eBay enforces: required item specifics, package weight, category rules, fitment policy. If something's missing, the draft is blocked with a plain list of what to fix — so your team fixes it once instead of chasing eBay errors later.

FAQ

Common questions.

How does the trial work?
Choose a plan, create your account, complete onboarding, and confirm the subscription in Stripe. The first 14 days are trial days.
Do I need an eBay Store subscription?
No, but an active eBay seller account is required to connect our API and publish listings.
How accurate is it?
It's designed to flag uncertainty instead of guessing. You review generated titles, specifics, fitment, and pricing before anything publishes, and each field shows what it's based on — so your team checks the flagged parts instead of researching every part from scratch.
My photos aren't sorted — is that a problem?
No. That's what Photo Dump is for: drop the whole shoot and it splits the photos into parts by the pauses in your shooting. You check the groups and launch all drafts at once.
Is my eBay account safe?
Yes. We use eBay APIs and OAuth 2.0. We never see or store your eBay password.
How much data do I need to get started?
Just photos. Shoot the part label first, then a few angles — 4 to 6 photos per part works best (see the Photo Guide). No spreadsheets required.
Is there a phone app?
An iPhone app for shooting parts right at the car is coming very soon. Until then, the web app works in your phone's browser, including photo capture.
