Have a few things ready.

Start with a part you know well. Take clear photos, record its condition and keep any known donor details nearby. You will also need access to your eBay seller account and a card for the 14-day trial.

Your eBay account
An active seller account. An eBay Store subscription is not required.
Your part
Photos, known part number, condition and donor information.
Your selling terms
Shipping, returns, payment policies and item location.

Connect your store.

Create your ListParts account and follow the onboarding steps. Set up your store, then connect eBay through eBay’s own sign-in screen. You do not give your eBay password to ListParts.

Review the account and permissions shown by eBay before authorizing the connection.

Understand account access

Choose your selling policies.

Review the shipping, payment and return policies available from your eBay account. Select the ones you want to use and check the item location.

Make sure the shipping service, handling time and return terms match how your team actually works. If a required policy is missing, set it up in eBay before continuing.

Prepare one familiar part.

Add the donor information you know and the photos for the part. When the draft is ready, check it against the real item. Correct the identity, condition and compatibility before setting the price and approving publication.

The first useful milestone is a draft you trust. Work through more parts after you are comfortable with that review.

Use the publication checklist

Keep the trial date visible.

The current plans include a 14-day card-backed trial. Review the amount and renewal date in checkout. Cancel before renewal in the billing portal if you decide not to continue.
